How do I make a complaint?

It would be feasible for us if you specify the best time to contact you back and the mode of communication you would prefer. We would like to request you to provide comprehensive detail of the complaint you have.
How will we handle your complaints?
Any complaint forwarded to us will be taken care of in following manner-
- You will be provided with an acknowledgement of receipt through email.
- We will try our best to solve your query and complaint at the earliest.
- You will be informed if we are unable to resolve any issues. It will be then forwarded to the higher management for investigation.
- The FOS has set 8 weeks for companies to give final response to any complainant. You will be kept regularly updated about the attempts made to resolve the issues.
- You will be provided with the response along with the summary right after the Investigation is complete.
- You may take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) within 6 months of the date of the complaint if you are not satisfied with the resolution of the issue.
